By accessing or using Newsmill's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of service

Newsmill provides an AI-powered content generation platform that aggregates news from various sources, processes it through automated pipelines, and produces publish-ready articles. The service includes source scraping, content filtering, AI rewriting, and publishing via WordPress, webhooks, and export.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Newsmill only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

Content generated through Newsmill belongs to you, the user. However, the Newsmill platform, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Newsmill. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself without written permission.

6. Payment terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of liability

Newsmill is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may export your data at any time before termination takes effect.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
